Welcome to GrayTful Yoga
I am excited to offer a 10 week series on Tuesday nights for the Fall of 2024. Classes are intentionally kept to a minimum of 10 students to create a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment.
Yoga is for every body (that is not a typo, read it again)- no matter where you are in your journey.
Yoga is for the mind, body and spirit.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. graytfulyoga@gmail.com or text 516.582.3329
I wish you all peaceful thoughts, kind words and loving hearts. Hope to see you on the mat very soon!

Hello ~ my name is Tricia Gray.
I am grateful you are here and for each of us to have found the experience of Yoga in our lives.
I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years. A few years ago, I found myself at a point in my practice that I wanted more, I desired to take my practice deeper, beyond a physical practice of multiple classes per week. I felt a need to study, to learn more, to deepen the practice to something beyond the physical body.
As a result, I am now a 500 RYT*. I have completed a 200-hour in-person training in 2018 and, an additional 300-hour online training in 2020. I am also certified in Restorative Yoga and Mindful Meditation. I continue to study and desire to earn additional certifications, I think this practice is truly endless.
Teaching yoga is something special that I can share with others, you! I teach semi-private classes in a beautiful, borrowed space (from a lovely friend) in Levittown. Classes for the Spring of 2024 will be held on Wednesday evenings and require pre-registration for the entire series. See the bulletin above and on the class schedule page.
Wishing you peaceful thoughts, kind words & loving hearts,
Namaste ~ Tricia
*RYT 500. Teachers can register as a RYT® 500 if they have successfully completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance. The 500 hours of training can either come from one school or can be a combination of a 200-hour teacher training plus 300 hours of advanced training from a RYS 300. Advanced training is defined as training that requires participants to have completed a 200-hour training. Applicants must also submit 100 teaching hours that were completed after their RYS 200 or 500 training. Continued Education is also a requirement to maintain this designation with the Yoga Alliance.
